Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other PPC platforms
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
  • Optimize campaigns for conversions, leads, and ROI
  • Monitor daily ad performance and budgets
  • A/B test ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and audiences
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Coordinate with design, content, and web teams for high-converting creatives
  • Stay updated with platform policies, trends, and algorithm changes

Qualification

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong understanding of PPC metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score)
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and event setup
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad dashboards
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or other paid platforms (Preferred Skills - Good to Have)
  • Experience in lead-generation campaigns (real estate, service industry, healthcare, education, etc.) - (Preferred Skills - Good to Have)
  • Basic understanding of landing page optimization and CRO (Preferred Skills - Good to Have)
  • Google Ads or Meta certifications (Preferred Skills - Good to Have)
